About Truedrape

Custom bag development built around our factory.

Truedrape works with brands, importers, wholesalers and chain-store procurement teams to develop practical textile bags for defined markets and use cases. Every project is made to order. Materials, construction, organization, branding and packaging move from a commercial brief into physical sampling and coordinated production through our China-based bag factory.

Factory-connected from the beginning

The factory is not a distant handoff after a product direction has been sold. Development questions are connected to material preparation, sample construction and production planning from the start, so buyers can review a physical result before bulk manufacturing follows an approved reference.

Factory backbone

Our factory is the strength behind Truedrape

Truedrape is built around direct access to our China-based bag factory. The factory operates as an affiliated production entity under the same ownership as the operating company behind Truedrape, giving each project a practical route from a defined buyer brief into sampling and coordinated production.

That connection keeps material choices, construction questions, sample feedback and production planning close to the people responsible for making the bag. The real environment shown here supports practical textile bag work across material preparation, sewing, assembly and finished-goods handling. Every programme still receives its own feasibility, material, capacity and schedule confirmation.

Focused by design

Built for practical bags and B2B development

Truedrape exists to give professional buyers a clearer way to develop OEM textile bag ranges without treating a catalogue image as a finished specification. The work starts with what the product needs to do and turns that requirement into a set of decisions that can be sampled, reviewed and recorded before bulk production.

How development can begin

A brief, tech pack, reference image or physical sample

Buyers can begin with a structured brief, existing tech pack, reference photography or an authorized physical sample. Confirmed requirements are separated from open questions so the first sample has a clear purpose and approval criteria.

What can be configured

Materials, construction, organization, branding and packaging

Development can cover fabrics, linings, dimensions, pocket organization, reinforcement, webbing, zippers, hardware, insulation, colors, logo application and packing. Final choices remain subject to construction, cost, material review and sampling.

What we do not offer

Unapproved or unauthorized production

Truedrape develops practical textile bag programmes to agreed specifications and quantities. Designs must be original or properly authorized; production follows sample approval and written order confirmation.

What makes the work useful

A product direction that can be reviewed before scale

The objective is a physical sample through which the buyer can examine size, function, appearance, workmanship and commercial fit before bulk commitment. The approved result then guides recorded production decisions.

Working standards

What buyers can expect from us

Straightforward does not mean removing technical detail or promising that every request is simple. It means organizing the information so buyers can see what is confirmed, what still needs a decision and what must be checked through a physical sample before production moves forward.

  1. 01
    Define the starting point

    Align the brief before developing

Intended use, target user, quantity, price direction, delivery window and references determine which material, construction and branding questions need resolving first.

  2. 02
    Approve the physical result

    Sample before bulk production

A physical sample lets the buyer review proportion, access, pocket layout, carrying comfort, reinforcement, logo execution and workmanship before bulk commitment.

  3. 03
    Protect the approved direction

    Keep production decisions traceable

Approved materials, colors, measurements, construction, branding and packaging remain recorded so production and inspection can follow the agreed direction.

Brief to production

A factory-connected route for custom bags

A useful factory relationship is not only access to production equipment. It is a working route that turns a buyer's commercial direction into construction decisions, a physical sample and a production reference that can be checked before bulk manufacturing begins.

  1. Backpack drawing, navy fabric swatches and bag components arranged for a product brief
    01 Where decisions begin

    Buyer brief

    Use, market and commercial direction

The route starts with intended use, target market, estimated quantity, price direction, delivery timing and the references already available. Truedrape organizes those inputs into confirmed requirements and open questions instead of treating a catalogue image as a complete specification.

  2. Blank project documents, textile swatches and coordination tools arranged on a worktable
02 Where the product becomes physical

    Sample development

    Construction and material confirmation

Materials, dimensions, pockets, reinforcement, trims, branding and packaging are translated into a physical sample. The buyer can review function, appearance and workmanship, then return one consolidated set of comments for the next approved direction.

  3. Unfinished navy bag panels, seam samples, webbing and hardware arranged for construction review
03 Where the approved direction is protected

    Production coordination

    Approved reference to bulk manufacturing

The approved sample and recorded decisions guide material preparation, manufacturing and inspection checkpoints. Timing and capacity are confirmed for the actual construction and order, while the Factory Tour provides separate photographic evidence of the production environment.
